We cannot guarantee your change/cancel request will be approved before the order is fulfilled as there is a very limited time window to make changes in our system. However, we will try our best to meet your request. Order processing times may be subject to delays during holidays, sale season, new product launches, and restock period. Return Policy
For defective or damaged items, please email us at hello@kimkrisbeauty.com within 30 days of the purchase date. Please include an image of the damage or defect in the email. We review returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS
